Positive: The kitchen facilities. The comfortable bed. The cereals and Tim Tams were a welcome addition. We appreciated the security lights when we were arriving and leaving the property at night.
Negative: There was no signage displayed at the front of the property to enable guests to see they were at the correct destination. We were informed the owners were not officially allowed to display signage until their registration was complete. The shower was good but the amount of water that ‘escaped’ on to the main bathroom floor was unacceptable (causing quite a flood) as there is no shower door. Somewhere to hang towels properly would have been advantageous. A shelf would have been appreciated to place toiletries on. The bathroom was very cold. A better selection of teas would have been welcome i.e. green tea. The biggest issue was the television which was extremely difficult to decipher. The battery could only be charged if the remote was left in the sun and there wasn’t any sun. Free to air stations were not available on the tv with limited access to sport and news.
Summary: Good but could be excellent with a few improvements.

Negative: The 2 chairs were much too big and uncomfortable. Needed a 2 seater settee. The sheets had pubic hairs on, so don't think they were fresh.

Positive: Lovely all round especially the pool. Wish we could have stayed longer but just on our way to U.K. from Brisbane to Heathrow via Perth. Owner Peter very kindly picked us up from airport and dropped us off when we where having difficulties getting a taxi

Positive: Hideaway Haven is so well named. Nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Lovely pool area with private outdoor seating. Location to airport is good and hosts are nice and helpful without being intrusive. We highly recommend and would stay again
