Positive: Staff were fabulous, friendly and helpful. Beach and pool were wonderful. Food was good.
Negative: Great disparity in rooms. A group of us went. All paid the same and the rooms were varied. Some, including mine need serious upgrading. Though hotel itself was clean, room service was varied. I had to ask several times for towels (dirty ones taken and not replaced. And actually had to ask for my sheets to be changed after 5 days stay.
