Summary: The front desk isn't friendly. The breakfast doesn't offer a variety of food—only some bread and butter. I could not get breakfast there. They don't refill the refrigerator beverages. The room needs maintenance.

Summary: The hotel is ok but in some more deep cleaning. Early Check in was not allowed and we had a schedule to go by so it was an inconvenience. Overall, the beds were comfortable and the housekeeper on our 2nd day there was very nice. My only complaint was the manager called front desk to check on my check in complaint on our 1st day there(after I had already asked if they could change our linens/clean the room when we were leaving at 6:45AM) and the housekeeper tried to enter our room while my daughters were there sleeping with a key. That scared my daughters and had them uncomfortable because I was at the laundry mat because washers were down. It was a great location for what we were there for because it was very close to the softball complex.

Summary: Overall not bad experience. But room floor corners and some areas were dirty and not cleaned. Cub-board corners dirty. Tub floor was peeling. I think the place should be more clean. Breakfast was horrible. Always empty, not variety and when lady was bringing out more to stock, it was always a few items. Room size was perfect, sheets and towels were cleaned. Bed mattress was the best.

Summary: The hotel was very okay, would not recommend nor go back. Our hotel room upon arrival was dirty. The tub, the floors were sticky and visibly dirty. They don’t offer housekeeping on the weekend so no clean towels or blankets unless requested at the lobby. The breakfast was very underwhelming; no waffles available, hot orange juice/apple juice. Only choices were two different cereals and egg and sausage patties. Hallways smelled like mold, and when you couldn’t smell that it was because it smelled like weed. Only elevator was slow and dirty.

Summary: Our tv didnt work. They had old shades up to the door leading to the balcony. Our key kept messing up. They ran out of breakfast food by 815.

Summary: 1. The toilet - keep in mind this is room 312. The toilet is about to come off of it’s base when you sit on it however it will stay put. 2. Towel rack fell apart when I proceeded to throw my towel on it. 3. The card keys continue to fail. It happened a number of times I would say, six times. Every time my wife and I would use our keys they would not work for our room. 4. The channels are not HD on the television they went cheap. 5. All I smelt was weed the entire week on the third floor 6. And the speaker in room 312 of the bathroom…. this is insane. I know I wish I could prove it but the only individuals that would believe me would be my wife and son because they are witnesses. A sound would come from the light, which looks like a speaker. The sound would last maybe two minutes which would be hip-hop music and also strange noises. Yes I’m serious. Wyndham, you all forgot about this place.
