Summary: Pictures online don’t match the room at all. Room was very shady and my family didn't feel safe. Room was also dirty with what looked like condensation rings from drinks previous people had left. Top of fridge was dusty and dirty.

Summary: My family stayed for a week from Sat - the following Sun. All was good until the differ neighbors checked in upstairs and next door during the week. The hotel was great as well as the staff, but we can’t control who stays next to us. The visitors were an issue until they checked out. Too noisy at wee hrs of the night and noisy upstairs as well as litter bugs.

Summary: I stayed in 2017 and 2021 and liked it. Now it has been brought by foreign management and ac is unable to be adjusted below 67 degrees. They have it locked over wifi. Also it has a motion detector so if you leave the room it will be hot upon return. When i complain they lie and say "it was working just give it time"

Summary: We had a family emergency and needed a room literally just to sleep in. To get into the room and ac not be working and pay a lot of money. It was disappointing

Summary: The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. However the renovations aren’t the greatest. It was clean but the hotel just seems like is about to fall apart. The shower barely drained and the sliding door was incredibly hard to push open. I wouldn’t even dare stand on the balcony in fear of it falling off. The breakfast was subpar.
