Positive: the room is clean and fulfill what it's advertised, near with bus stop and subway which is sangdo & soongsil univ (nearest) and easy to check in (the owner will email all the details including door passcode and the direction to the guest room) also all kitchen utensils and toiletries are provided including a towel. all are completed. definitely will book this guesthouse again for my another korea trip.

Negative: nothing. just the location is a bit hard to find and a bit confusing for me as a bad map tracker if you good using map shouldn't be problem. overall im satisfied 😊

Positive: I don't know where to start. The place was perfect for me (we'll get to why I didn't give it a 10 later). Close to the train station (10 minute walk), but you don't even hear the trains. Next to plenty of convenience stores (Nice2CU, GS25, 7-Eleven, 24/7 snack store). Your very own stove, water boiler for tea or coffee or ramen or whatever, laundry machine (no dryer), thermostat, de-humidifer, plenty of plates and tupperware - everything in the room. Front door is very secure (passcode, hatch lock, door handle lock). Host was very kind even when I showed up hours late for check-in. He also knows a little English, so communicating wasn't too hard. Also answered any questions I had. Great price for how long I stayed for.

Negative: There wasn't really anything that I disliked, but I did notice some things that other people may not like (this is why I didn't give it a 10). The room is a bit small. If you have another person staying with you, it might get cramped (the bed is not that big). When I was hanging laundry, a drying rack was provided, but it filled up nearly the rest of my free space and I had to deal with it until everything was dry (there are also drying machines at the snack store, but didn't want to spend cash if I didn't have to). The closets had a lot of condensation. You could feel a lot of water if you touched the back wall. I think it's because it was getting cold and during winter. If you try hanging clothes there they might get wet. I kept the closet doors open, ran the fan/de-humidifier, and opened the windows (when not too cold), and even set the thermostat. Closet and clothes were still wet. The place is also a little difficult to find. And once you find it, there is no front desk. You will most likely have to call the host who will come out and greet you. The walls are thin, so you may be able to hear people - and they may be able to hear you. Host was nice in answering my questions, but he is busy and seems to be the only one running the place. He may not get back to you until later at night (around 10pm). He will also not check on you - he will not come to you, you must go to him or ask for him (I had no problems with this though). Sometimes he will message you in Korean, even though his English is understandable enough. I recommend using papago for translations instead of Google translate. The bathroom is also small. You shower in the same room you use the toilet. Everything can get wet after your shower - including the toilet. Keep the fan running to dry the room sooner. Slippers are provided for the bathroom. The bed had one pillow and one blanket. The pillow did not have a pillow case of any kind (maybe you need to ask for one).

Positive: The staff was very communicative and solved my problems with reasonable time! It wasn't terrible. I didn't use it, but there was a basic kitchenette, a few dishes, and an opened bottle of water.

Negative: The bedding didn't have sheets, and it smelled very perfumy- even the pillow. It was hard to sleep with the smell. (Towels didn't smell, so maybe not fabric softener. When I got there the shower was broken, so I couldn't shower until the next morning (the repairman arrived just before 8AM). No instructions for the heating. The room was drafty, though, and I ended up a little sick. Not much of a view. Nothing really "healing". It was hard to find the entrance, an unmarked door. Another entrance (more direct) was mostly blocked by a motorbike. There was dandruff shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap, but be aware it doesn't come with the amenities of most Korean accomodations.

Summary: Very Basic, and not really "Healing"

Positive: The room very spacious, one of the biggest you’ll find for a studio in Seoul. Room was very clean. In person even looks better than the photos. As someone who’s stayed in seoul on and off for 3 years it’s one of the best housings I’ve stayed at
