Our warm and inviting Heart of Ardmore home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and sleeps 7 total! Perfect for exploring Ardmore on foot. You can walk to everything this charming town has to offer! Hop in your car and you are a short drive to Haverford College, Bryn Mawr College, Villanova University, Rosemont College.
Short term 2 hour parking is available on the street. As a courtesy to our guests, we provide one reserved parking spot in a lot two blocks from the house for longer term parking
We also offer discounts for monthly stays. Please let us know if you are looking for a month to month rental.
We have zero tolerance for noise disturbances. Violators of our quiet hours will be removed immediately with no refund.
The home features an inviting and comfortable living area with a large screen TV, a beautiful dining area, and a comfortable updated full kitchen that overlooks the adorable backyard. The home has three bedrooms. Bedroom one faces the street and has a king bed and private full bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom two has a king bed, large screen TV and a full bath that can also be accessed from the hallway. Bedroom three is on the third floor and has three twin beds. All bedrooms have large closets with a chest of drawers for storage.
In the basement there is a full size washer and dryer!

We are two blocks from Lancaster Avenue and the Ardmore train station. The shops and restaurants in Suburban Square are a five minute walk. Explore downtown Philadelphia and all the historic sites without the hassle of driving into the city and parking. The train station is less than five minute walk and the R5 train has you downtown at 30th Street Station or Suburban Station in 25 minutes. Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We grew up near this area and came back to visit family and it was nice to stay in a home that was comfy and welcoming. Management was available to our needs and responded quickly. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. There was laundry available in the basement with supplies which was much appreciated. Home was within walking distance to many stores and restaurants as well as Wawa and pharmacy. Will for sure rent this home again next time we visit PA!

Summary: This is a fantastic property especially for proximity to students at Haverford and Bryn Mawr. Exactly as pictured, very comfortable beds and all amenities provided including detergent and shampoo/body wash. Easy walking distance to great restaurants and public transport. Property manager is highly responsive and helpful. We would come back without hesitation.

Summary: Our stay at the Ardmore house was awesome! The kitchen and living area are beautifully renovated, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and I appreciate the little touches like having shampoo, conditioner and soap. The neighborhood was very quiet while also just a block of the main road through Ardmore. Two great coffee shops, many restaurants and the train station within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Our family of four, including a pair of 80 year old grandparents, myself, and my 17 year old daughter stayed here for 4 nights while looking at colleges. The house was immaculate. We didn’t even use the third floor, which held more beds. We used the two master suites on the second floor- each with a king bed and attached bathroom. The clean and well-lit basement held the laundry machines - so great! And a nice patio on the back for my father to sit and take in the day. It was in a great location. The only tricky part was dedicated parking, which was located around the block, but although a tad inconvenient, the house was so amazing that we didn’t mind the extra step of parking then walking a block and a half. We highly recommend.

Summary: We had the most amazing family weekend with all our adult children in town to celebrate one of their college graduations. This rental was even better than we thought! Perfect location for walkable restaurants and shopping. Really great spaces inside and out to relax and enjoy.

Summary: The house was in a great area (walk to shops/restaurants) and close to Philadelphia. We had everything we needed in the house and loved the outdoor area too. I highly recommend staying here!

Summary: Very nice house. Clean and lots of room. The owner was easy to communicate with and we were able to extend our stay an extra night without any issues. Would definitely recommend this house.

Summary: This home had everything we needed. There is a high chair in the basement, the washer and dryer were in great shape. The sheets are soft and small great. Most importantly, the coffee pot was clean and fast! The AC worked awesome in the first and third levels, the second level got a little warm, but we were there when it was very very hot. My only caution for families using this house is that there are a LOT of stairs to get up to the front door, the bedrooms are on the second and third floors and all the bathrooms are on the second floor. We had two parents, one grandparent and an infant with us in this house, so the stairs were a lot for the grandparent. Especially having the bathrooms on the second floor :). The rest of us enjoyed the work out. I highly recommend this home and will be using it again next year when we come back! Enjoy!
