Imagine enjoying your morning coffee, happy cocktails and meals on the huge covered deck. Just relax and watch the world go by . . . you can even peep a bit of the ocean! Great perks come with this vacation rental: In home washer/dryer, 3 smart TVs for streaming, 2 off-street parking spaces PLUS 1 Dewey Beach Parking Permit. The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age. NO SENIOR WEEKS!
Guests pay a $125 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
