This incredible mid century modern style home is filled with amenities and located in a wonderful neighborhood just a few minutes walk to Autzen stadium. With the Willamette River just to the south, there are paths and footbridges that are amazing for runs and walks through Day Island and Alton Baker park on the way to campus.
The home provides a spacious open floor plan with a family and living room area each with large flat screen TV's. All of the TV's provide Roku streaming options for your personal streaming enjoyment. In the garage there is some additional seating and a ping pong table for your group to enjoy during your stay. The wireless Sonos speakers are great for your music wherever and whenever you want it.
All furnishing and décor is virtually brand new. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and the other three bedrooms are upstairs. The primary has a king bed while the other two bedrooms have a queen and two twins respectively. There are three full bathrooms with one being downstairs and the smaller two upstairs. The backyard is great for gathering on the covered patio and also has bar seating. Great added touches such as a BBQ, ping pong table, an outdoor table, and cornhole!
This is a special home and is perfect to enjoy your time around Eugene in the heart of the Pacific Northwest any time of the year. Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Summary: When a reservation at a different house got cancelled last-minute, I was desperate to find another at Christmastime on super short notice. I was delighted that this house was available. Clean, just as described, lots of room for our large family to spread out, well-appointed. Highly recommend!! We had a small problem with the furnace, but management sent someone over right away and brought us a ton of space heaters just in case. Right by Autzen, would be a great place to stay for Duck games!

Summary: Great house, cute neighborhood. Stayed over Thanksgiving week with family. House fit the 4 of us with plenty of room, would fit 8 comfortably. Walking distance to Autzen (less than half a mile).

Summary: Nice house, close to campus and other needs. Fully enclosed back yard (great if you need to bring dogo). Only problem: Master bath shower knob was non functional. Needs to be repaired. We had to use the other upstairs shower. Otherwise great.

Summary: We came to town for a weeklong track meet and are grateful to have found this house. Only a 8-minute minute drive to Hayward Field. And our oldest son rode his bike to the field in the same amount of time using the bike path. We used the back patio, ping pong table and cornhole

Summary: This home was perfect for our family. We had a grand time in Eugene. It was nice to have an enclosed backyard for our Bernedoodle. I would suggest putting out extra towels for a group our size. The management was responsive and gave me access to more supplies. The air conditioning was helpful for the hot weather, but the upstairs was still hot. The only problem we had was that we could not get the dishwasher to work. Thank you for sharing your home.

Summary: We recently stayed at Buckingham Place while in Eugene for a work conference. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful. There was very little traffic and the neighbors must have all been out of town because we didn't see anyone during our stay. The house was nicely decorated and had a well-stocked kitchen and newer looking barbeque. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Summary: Beautiful home, spectacular gardens. Our family stayed here for an extended family event. Two dining rooms, two living rooms for conversation, beautiful backyard with grill...perfect for our stay. The kitchen had high quality cookware and bakeware. Made it easy to prepare meals for our group to gather and share. The staff was very responsive. I reported an issue...they responded right away and resolved it. 5 stars all around.
