Summary: Communication was great from making reservations to departing. Property was easy to find right along highway and in evening traffics noise was very quiet. Home set up as described and we had everything needed to feel right at home and cooking. Beautiful setting right on the pond and water was like glass in evenings and mornings. Plenty of room and has wifi that can get a little weak at times but we still continued to do some work and all is good. Would recommend to anyone needing a few days away to enjoy a book or to visit all the nearby attractions.

Summary: The property is on an amazing location on the water.The house was well maintained and there was excellent information on where to go for restaurants and different things to do in the area. If we ever come back to Maine this will be a place we stay again.

Summary: This is our family's second visit to the cottage, and it was everything we were looking for in a vacation. The house is located close to Bucksport and Ellsworth with many restaurant, ice cream and grocery shopping options nearby. We spent two days in Bar Harbor, one hiking Acadia, another in the town walking the sand bar to Bar Island at low tide. It's a short 45 minute drive to the park. We love being able to canoe/kayak/swim right out the back door. We like to be able to relax and just spend time together for our vacation, and this cottage lets us do exactly that. The owners have thought of everything, which is why we like coming here so much!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin on Heart Pond for 4 days in June 2024. The outdoor amenities provided by the owners were great, canoes, tubes, paddle board, a delightful shaded patio, fire pit, grill and much more...including a beautiful view. We lounged and played in or by the water almost the entire time. This is a great place.
