Serene Home-Quiet Country Setting
Very nice rural home only a few minutes to downtown Waco & Waco Surf. Decorated in a homey and welcoming style, this property is spacious both inside and out. Enjoy a meal, movie or game in the more than adequate open concept family area or have a barbeque outside on the picnic table and large yard overlooking the grazing cattle and expansive farmland.
Remodeling Heartfelt Haven started Jan of 2023 and was completed May of 2023. Paint, new windows, granite counter tops, floors and new appliances were added.
This space is full of little details that will remind you of simple living full of heart. Each of the three bedrooms provides a cozy and relaxing feel much like the exterior of the property that is also very pleasant and restful. Not interested in the noise of the city, this is the place for you.
We are only 10 minutes to Baylor University, McLane Stadium, Foster Pavilion Center, Cameron Park Zoo and downtown Waco. Battle Lake Golf Course is a fantastic Texas country golf course just about 12 minutes away.

- There are gracious wildlife like deer, rabbits, dove, ducks, fish, etc. But with the good also come the skiddish and sometimes scary, coyotes, wild hogs, snakes, etc. We do not want you to fear, but be smart. This is a safety disclaimer, owners not responsible injury, loss, or damage.
Pond
- Stay on the walking path to the pond and we ask you do not go down to the ponds after sun down.
- You may fish in the ponds, but no swimming.
- Be respectful to the nature around you. Do not leave trash, fishing hooks, towels, etc. This would be the same as you trashing the house.

The living room tv is a Smart TV with Streaming Apps. No cable.
For Coffee - we provide a regular coffee maker, as well as a Keurig for which we provide pods and some sweeteners.
