Our house is located on 69696 square feet of land. This suite is the whole lower floor of the 5400 square feet house, covering an area of 2700 square feet. It has a separate entrance and complete separation from the upper floor. During your stay, you will enjoy all the space on this floor. It includes three lake-view suites with separate bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a laundry room. At the same time, the 90000-liter large Heated saltwater swimming pool and the 1900-liter hot tub are also exclusive to you and are highly private and safe.
We are at the end of the street. Use the password to open the door of the private lane, drive through the 300-foot lane, and reach our front yard and parking lot. There are gardens and orchards in the front yard. There is a private deck and terrace at the entrance of the guest room and there is a barbecue area. Here, you can see the sun rising from the mountain opposite Lake Okanagan; the bright city lights are right in front of you at night. Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach the city center, city parks, beaches, cruise clubs, cinemas, famous wineries, and golf courses.
The saltwater swimming pool opens in April each year depending on weather conditions and closes in October depending on weather conditions. It is heated and maintained at a constant temperature from May to September. The hot tub is open all year round. There are TV sets and two refrigerators in the hall. The kitchen has a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, oven, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc. There are 5 queen beds and two sofa beds in the suite. There are also 3 single folding beds for later use. Rooms provide hotel-quality sheets and bath towels.
The owner lives in another suite on the upper level of the house. This suite has separate access and is completely separate from the guest suite. We need to do maintenance for the whole property and help you when you need it. We won't disturb your stay. Of course please don't worry about disturbing us, even staying late with your friends or family.

Summary: Was a great property starting with the gated entrance and the plants and landscaping. I misunderstood and thought we had the full house to ourselves but it turned out there was another suite upstairs that was empty and owner lived upstairs in another suite. We never saw or felt bothered by their presence though. Pics had a work out room that wasn’t there anymore or was locked up. Pool was still functioning to my sons delight and the area and views was very relaxing. Hot tub could use replacing and didn’t seem to get up to temperature, but was still very nice and we used it a few times. Lots of parking. My major complaint is the kitchen. It was tiny and missing a lot of useful items like steak knives etc. also the smoke alarm goes off just from opening oven and is very loud throughout the house and gets pretty annoying when trying to cook anything. Otherwise I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Summary: Our stay at this property was wonderful. Joy went out of her way to meet and exceed all our expectations. Little treats at check-in, and she even left us stuff to make breakfast on our first morning if we wanted. The kitchen is just the cooker and fridge so if there were a few people trying to cook at the same time it might get a little crowded but the living areas, outdoor spaces and bbq totally make up for it. And as someone else mentioned; no dishwasher, but that didn't bother our group. The place was spotless, the rooms are beautiful and large with plenty of sleeping options. Air conditioners in every room. The pool, hot tub and the view were exceptional. The party lights and stereo in the den are perfect for whatever you might be celebrating. Communication with the host was easy and promt. All in all we had a great time and hope we get the opportunity to head back again.

Summary: Joy and her husband were super accommodating! She replied and immediately resolved any issues we had. The pool and view are stunning. The layout of the rental is great as each room has its own en suite bathroom and almost private wings. Beautiful patio area for a morning coffee. Perfect for a group trip!

Summary: This property is exactly as listed! It was the perfect place for our Kelowna stay. The pool is deep, but with life jackets the kids had a blast. No one wanted to leave!

Summary: Great atmosphere, great amenities nearby. Joy was very friendly and open and provided everything we needed when we arrived. Only downside is that the bridge from downtown to Kelowna to west Kelowna is very slow moving during high traffic times, making the cab wait times very long.
