* Fully stocked kitchen with a gas range and oven containing pots, pans, plates, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, extensive seasoning and spices, pod coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and air fryer. There are some coffee pods and teas stocked.
* High Speed WiFi.
* Washer & Dryer (in 2nd floor laundry room)

There are 3 exterior security cameras: one by garage, one by the front door and one in the back. There are no concealed cameras.

- Pool is heated to 78 degrees from 10/1-4/30 for FREE. It can be heated the other times for $40/night.
- Hot tub can be heated to 102 degrees for $40/night. I can turn on the hot tub jets for your enjoyment upon request.
- If paying to heat the hot tub or the pool, you must pay for the duration of your stay.
Pool lights are inoperable at this time.
You assume all liability for you and everyone in your party when you use the pool and spa, please use the pool responsibly. Do not leave children unattended AT ANYTIME in the backyard or the pool. Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have three exterior security cameras located in the following areas: outside the garage, above the front door, overlooking the pool area. These cameras are actively recording and monitoring the exterior only. There are no cameras inside the home.

Summary: We were a group of 8 ladies. The home was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and felt like home! I’ve stayed at properties where I had to question the cleanliness and that did not occur with this stay. It’s roomy, a king size bed in each room and plenty of space to lounge. Having 3 showers was a plus. For us the location was perfect ! Close to bars, lounges, and restaurants. The host was very responsive. I don’t have anything negative to say. I would stay again and recommend.

Summary: The house was perfect for 10 girls and could fit a lot more people with all the pull out couches. The outside area was small but amazing with a hot tub and pool. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: A group of 7 of us stayed here to celebrate our oldest daughter's college graduation. The house was beautiful, immaculate, nicely laid out and is very roomy. Loved that it had 2 living rooms & the primary en suite is a perfect escape area. The backyard is small but is perfect, love the outdoor kitchen/grill and the hot tub was used a lot by our daughters and their friends that stayed with us. Reagan was so easy to work with, very prompt to reply with any question we had. If we come back to Houston I would not hesitate to rent this house again, it is walking distance to a lot of great restaurants (Pinks Pizza, Bludorn, Christy's donut shop) and also a comedy club at Rudyard's Upstairs-highly recommend going there when they have shows. It's a short Uber ride to other areas of Houston and it was very easy to get one quickly.

Summary: This spot is wonderful. Awesome house. Great backyard. Great living spaces throughout the 3 level home. The host is a dream to work with. I cannot say enough great things about this spot. You are also in great location to the Galleria, downtown, NRG stadium, River Oaks, and Washington Ave. Ubering is pretty cheap to all of those places.
