The perfect property in perfect location for large groups! An entire duplex walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the water taxi! The property consists of a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath unit and a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath unit! Both units feature modern, open concept living spaces, fully equipped kitchens, and laundry rooms. Walk to the beach, restaurants such as Shooter's Waterfront Cafe, Mastro's, Flip Flops & Dune, and the Water Taxi which can take you to the Galleria Mall and Las Olas Blvd!
As described above, this property is both units of a duplex. The units share a common front yard/courtyard which features a pool and a hot tub and each have a separate entrance.
3 Bedroom/2.5 Bath Unit:
Upon entrance, you will be welcomed into the beautiful living room area which then opens into the modern kitchen and dining area. A full laundry room is right off the kitchen which includes a washer and dryer. One of the three bedrooms is just off of the living room area with a half bath right outside it's door. A hallway leads to the other two bedrooms, each of which have an attached bath. *Please note, bathrooms with showers are located inside two of the bedrooms. Guests using the 3rd bedroom will need access to one of the other bedrooms in order to use that shower. They will have a half bath right outside the bedroom door.
2 Bedroom/2.5 Bath Unit:
Right as you enter this amazing property, you will notice how spacious and large it is for a 2 bedroom unit. The first floor features the open concept floor plan which combines the enormous kitchen, dining area, and living room. A hallway off the kitchen, where the half bath is located, leads to the large "Guest" bedroom with an attached bath. A staircase just to the side of the kitchen, leads to the Master suite which also has it's own attached bath. There is a laundry room off the kitchen as well which contains a Washer & Dryer.

Summary: Everything was great, location, clean, good host. The only negative is the pool furniture is not comfortable the lounger sags and your back is on the bar. Living room couch not comfy. Beds very comfortable I would recommend

Summary: You won’t be disappointed in this one! We loved the houses, pool and hot tub! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and only minutes from restaurants! We would definitely rent this again! The property manager was wonderful!

Summary: Nice property, clean and great management to work with. The only thing I wish was more clear when I booked the place is that it is actually two separate houses that do not connect. This made my kids uneasy and forced us to all be in the smaller house with only 2 of the 5 bedrooms. Not a big deal, but be aware if you have younger children who would not be comfortable being alone in a separate house.

Summary: Two separate units turned out to be a really great asset for a large group of unrelated friends. Space was larger than we expected. Location was close to beach and dining. The pool was the most used asset, and it was nice having the added feature of a hot tub. We will definitely seek this property again if future travels take us to FLL.
