Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, offering plenty of room to relax and feel at home. One of the standout features is the stunning pool perfect for relaxing, and the surrounding deck and patio area, which are ideal for lounging or enjoying meals outdoors. The grilling area was a great bonus for cooking, along with the double ovens in the kitchen. The shady fruit trees added a lovely touch of nature and privacy to the outdoor space. It felt like a private oasis! The owner was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.
Negative: There were truly no negatives during our stay. If anything, I only wish we could have checked in earlier and checked out later, because we genuinely didn’t want to leave! I highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future. Any questions or minor concerns we had were promptly and thoughtfully addressed, which made the experience feel effortless.

Positive: This place was beautiful just like the pictures. Very clean, equipped , quiet and safe. The swimming pool was clean and it lights up beautiful. I can go on and on we could grill or use stove plenty dishes pots and pans perfect and I can’t forget refrigerator had an ice maker crush or cubes and good tasting water. Large bedrooms etc. thanks for the outstanding 5 days

Positive: Excellent host, clear communication, the place was clean, plenty of space, very comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms & showers, washer & dryer, the enclosed backyard space is clean and feels tropical, neighborhood was quiet, wonderful for families, close to lots of restaurants, cafes and shops in Hollywood.
Negative: FYI: There is a $30/day fee to heat the pool and 48 hrs notice is required. Sam was accommodating in his communication on that.

Negative: The pool filter wasn’t working the water was to low so the pool was dirty and no skimmer was there for us to clean it. But they were very prompt to rectify the problem. There could have been more bath towels for each person and our master bath didn’t have any wash clothes. So other than the pool issue they property was really nice.

Positive: There was ample space for our group. The beds were comfortable. Place was clean. The pool was indeed heated and warm enough to swim, however we did not use it unfortunately. Wifi and AC worked well. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking a meal.
Negative: The property is advertised as soundproof. But all over the house there are noise detection devices and signs that if you exceed noise there is a $1,000 fine. Our group was afraid to even play music. We got locked out of the rental during our stay due to the battery dying on the lock. I would suggest to management to check batteries. One of our guests was in danger of missing her flight as we couldn't access the house. Slow response from management, we had to hop the fence to climb through a small shower window, very stressful. Management did later respond and sent some batteries but we couldn't leave until they arrived, missing our dinner reservations.

Positive: Well located near Hollywood Blvd and the beach on a quiet street with little to no traffic. We loved the screened in backyard as it was clean and allowed for the indoor/outdoor living that we were looking for. The kitchen is a great size to allow for multiple families to navigate around each other with ease. Lots of bathrooms to accommodate multiple families as well.
Negative: The mattresses were uncomfortable. The backyard was shaded the entire day - this might be due to the time of year we visited but it was a bit disappointing none the less.
Summary: We had a wonderful stay and the house met all of our families needs! The wide open concept floor plan provided the space
