Positive: Handy to town. Nice kitchen and dining room area - lots of light. Outdoor patio area good. Milk in fridge when we arrived. Lots of reading material and local info.

Negative: Dark sitting room. Some light bulbs needed replacing. No instructions for appliances - or anything. It took us a long time to figure out how to lock the doors! Parking instructions would be good. A bit cold. Unfortunately the weather was too. Mattresses could be better. Unfortunately we had no idea there was a huge May Day Fair with associated noise for 3 days across from us. Maybe our fault for not checking.

Positive: Easy to get the key from the lock box. Very clean, welcoming property with most things we needed for a two week stay. It is a lovely cottage, perfect location, lovely to see the dog walkers on the Little Heath in the mornings. The little courtyard is a bonus. When it's fine, it is lovely to sit out there with a cup of tea or glass of wine.

Negative: The double bed needs a new mattress. The can opener does not work. The Washer/Dryer is very complicated, and it takes forever and doesn't dry the clothes. Instructions may have helped the operation.

Positive: The location of the property is very convenient for exploring Knutsford & very easy to get train into Altrincham or Manchester

Negative: The house was tired & needs some love & attention. The outside area wasn’t level but covered with Astro turf so easy to stumble. The shower controls were very awkward & took us 3 of the 4 nights to work out. The Description should mention the steep stairs , not a problem to us but could be to others. The bathroom had a very peculiar odour .

Positive: Location fantastic. Very comfortable, lovely décor . Loved the kitchen and bathroom, very modern and very tastefully decorated. Brilliant locati0on, to lots of shops, Tatton Park and pub!

Negative: The parking directly outside was via a permit, which would have been useful to have, but no problem as located suitable parking a little bit further away.

Positive: We LOVED our stay here. It has a very homely, welcoming and friendly feel. It's also in a superb location and was excellent value for money. The check in, check out process was very smooth. We wanted to stay on our next return to Knutsford but understandably the cottage was fully booked. Fantastic and cosy week spent here. :)
