Positive: The location of the property is very convenient for exploring Knutsford & very easy to get train into Altrincham or Manchester
Negative: The house was tired & needs some love & attention. The outside area wasn’t level but covered with Astro turf so easy to stumble. The shower controls were very awkward & took us 3 of the 4 nights to work out. The Description should mention the steep stairs , not a problem to us but could be to others. The bathroom had a very peculiar odour .

Positive: Location fantastic. Very comfortable, lovely décor . Loved the kitchen and bathroom, very modern and very tastefully decorated. Brilliant locati0on, to lots of shops, Tatton Park and pub!
Negative: The parking directly outside was via a permit, which would have been useful to have, but no problem as located suitable parking a little bit further away.

Positive: We LOVED our stay here. It has a very homely, welcoming and friendly feel. It's also in a superb location and was excellent value for money. The check in, check out process was very smooth. We wanted to stay on our next return to Knutsford but understandably the cottage was fully booked. Fantastic and cosy week spent here. :)

Positive: Great location but parking was atrocious
Negative: Parking, noisy as expected being on a road front. Kitchen a bit dated. My husband thought the bed lumpy and uncomfortable but I thought it was comfy for me. Little things could make a difference like, having a dog water bowl or little treats. Wasn’t spotless but that didn’t bother me. Been twice but had parking issues this time so probably will not be returning.

Positive: The property location is excellent. Opposite the heath and a few minutes walk from Knutsford town centre. The bathroom is downstairs but it has a really good shower. There is a small secure outside space great for our dog. There is a large TV in the lounge.
Negative: The cottage is very tired and needs a facelift. The dishwasher didn’t clean the cups on the top shelf. The oven was very temperamental. The sofas were very old and uncomfortable. I feel mention should have been made of the stairs. They are very steep and twisty. There is no bannister for part of the staircase and I ended up on all fours! Little things like replacing dead light bulbs would help. The mattress in the king size bed needs replacing - you roll together in the centre.
Summary: Great location - shabby cottage.
