Positive: The breakfast was what we expected, ie cereal, tea/coffee, fruit juice and the fridge was very useful and the basket with cutlery etc was a very good idea and dealt with daily
Negative: No draw space and although there was a hanging type of thing not enough space to use it being so close to the bed. No door hooks in the bedroom area . Caroline was very amenable and friendly when seen.

Positive: Box of Fruit and Fibre cereal, Orange juice and milk left for us, plus tea & coffee. Nothing else offered, but this is what we normally eat so OK.
Negative: Description of accommodation was accurate, room and toilet/shower a little tight to get around, but had everything promised.
Summary: It was good for what we needed as we were just there for the nights.

Positive: The location and decor and host were all great
Negative: The walls are paper thin and the reduction in the breakfast offer was quite poor, I felt for the price paid for b&b. It was just a box of Alpen. When I’ve stayed previously, I was offered a full English. I know this isn’t possible anymore, but easy breakfast additionals such as a pastry, croissant or even some fruit and yoghurt would have been more welcome.

Positive: The owner was lovely very attentive nothing was too much trouble. The property is in a convenient location in a quiet residential road. It is about a 3 minute walk to the harbour. The beds were super comfy. Loved the small touches of a proper fridge in addition to milk, fruit juice, cereal, tea and coffee. Especially loved the chocolate bunny under the teacup. Will definitely be going back again. The owner was lovely.
Negative: There was nothing to dislike.
Summary: Love the Dorset coast. Comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price.

Positive: Location is excellent a few minutes to the beach and all local amenities Comfortable and clean with a very comfy bed, we would definitely go again if down that way
