Positive: The front desk was really friendly and accommodating, host had make sure that I have all the information I needed for my stay and they were responsive to my queries. The apartment itself is big and comfy, well equipped and cleaned when we arrived. Our family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again. Kudos!

Positive: The location is great, and the building has multiple amenities. However, the apartment is 18 years old (and shows it) relatively clean and in a safe location. The host is corporate, so don't expect someone hand you your keys or leave you a personal note, or even late checkout (I was told "11 am means 11 am"). Overall ok and convenient, but probably wouldn't rent from the same host again.

Positive: I love the Inner Harbor! I was hesitant to stay in the city, but this location was perfect! We liked it was 2 floors. I loved the gym! The apartment was clean, kitchen had great cookware, and it was easy to navigate the requirements.
Negative: Need a broom and dustpan. Honestly, that was it!
