Positive: This is the 3rd year staying at this property and it was good, as usual. The location was perfect getting to and from our various activities. Very well kept inside the house. Plenty of space throughout the house.
Negative: One gripe might be the bed sizes in the rooms. There is enough room to possibly go up to a queen or even a king size bed in the rooms. Not much room for big and tall people. Being a row house, there are a lot of steps to get up to the upper bedrooms. Be prepared. Even though this is not in control of the owner, parking is atrocious if you're driving. We pretty much parked our vehicles and Uber/Lyft wherever we needed to go during our stay.
Summary: It's my go to spot when visiting Baltimore.

Positive: Great location and neighborhood. This home is gorgeous. The high ceilings and skylights are great.
Negative: I think there needs to be just a smaller table along the wall as you enter the kitchen. I wish there was a powder room on the first floor - which would be perfect.
Summary: This property was perfect for what I needed. I’ve stayed here before and will stay here again in the future.

Negative: We were not able to enjoy the backyard due to the onslaught of mosquitoes, which may have been from all of the recent rain. I would suggest possibly having citronella torches or something.

Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Your home was perfect for all of our activities. And we absolutely loved staying in a historic part of town. Our host was very helpful and always responded quickly! Very clean, comfortable, and spacious!
Negative: I'm not used to city parking. When we returned to the home around 9:30 pm on Saturday night, we were not able to find any parking close by, I was a little overwhelmed!
