Summary: Overall pleasant stay, but property is a bit dated now and in need of an overhaul. Room was comfortable, but some wear & tear in bathroom. Great staff, food was good at breakfast, OK at dinner (as a vegetarian, limited options). So, good price, good location. Would stay there again.

Summary: 2 comfortable nights stay. Wait to check in on arrival as only one person on the desk who however was pleasant, helpful and informative. Room facilities good other than absence of a safe. Excellent service at dinner where menus adequate and food well presented and tasty.

Summary: Hotel bar and overall customer service were fabulous. However, their key system crashed so we spent almost an hour sitting on the floor outside our room while the manager went floor by floor letter people in at 0100. They did not provide any kind of discount for the inconvenience. In the morning, it did not feel like they were prepared for the sheer number of guests that wanted breakfast (holiday morning) and the process was a little chaotic. Food was great. Not a very relaxing stay overall.

Summary: The Hotel was nicely situated on the river and very quite at night. The room was nice but the look is a littel outdated (feels like the 90s). The price is a littel higher than I think it should be.
