Positive: we stayed room only. facilities ok but a bit off the main road but luckily we had a car. Room clean and bedding changed very often, towels every day. Because the weather was good we did not mind being alone and were able to sit in the sun.
Negative: Thought the accommodation would have been bigger, expected a one bedroom property not a studio apartment.
Summary: luckily as the weather was perfect we had a very relaxing holiday.

Positive: The property has a great location, it is surrounded by the banana fields. So there are no neighbors besides the ones from the next door apartments (totally 3 apartments in the building). Located very close to the main road with some restaurants and hotels. The Barakas lounge which features a playground for kids is literally a few steps away from the property, just across the main road. Multiple beaches are also available nearby. I recommended you to rent a car because it is a real challenge to cross the road by foot 😁 (there are no crosswalks nearby) and also because it takes no more than 5-10 minutes to get to the nearest beaches by car. Paphos itself can be reached in around 7-10 minutes by car. There is a daily cleaning service with the towels being changed every day and the linens once in 3 days. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. It was an amazing vacation stay!

Positive: Receptionist was welcoming and they recognised that i was the guy who came a day late due to an airline flight change. We had a free upgrade to a larger apartment too. The property is owned by Helios Bay Hotels but is a separate three unit development some 200m away from the hotel. The pool was great and we liked being away from the crowds and in a nature rich environment more like a village. The location was ideal for the nearby Ktima Alassos wedding venue we were attending. Maintenance guys were fixing things in adjacent apartment and came by to see if we need anything sorting out.
Negative: I think we were the first visitors for a while as the apartment was a little grubby, but the housekeeping lady came by and sorted it out, providing some tea towels and cloths we requested. Perhaps because we arrived early in the day (but one day late). The smaller unit we booked were like studio flats so I'm glad we were upgraded.

Negative: There was an awful smelling in the room. Not hot water all the time. Very far of the center and after 21:00 no bus. Definitely it s just for beach holidays

Positive: Quiet location (sleeping at night), swimming pool (which we did not swim in in March, because it is not heated), next to a banana plantation, so breakfast is at the door. :)
Negative: Remote location, from where you have to take a bus for 15 minutes to a larger bus station and then another 15-30 minutes to the main bus station in the city - public transport is really not friendly. There are only basic kitchen utensils, the oven doesnt work, there is no hanger in the apartment.

Positive: The studio is spacious and like new. Stepping outside to the pool area feels like you have your own private pool as there are only 3 apartments to use it and most of the time we had the pool all by ourselves. The surrounding is quite and away from city noises. Theres nothing not to love in this place. Will deffo be booking again.
