Positive: A great location to stay if you are visiting paphos. Only 5 mins to the sea, has all amenities stocked kitchen, pool, and restaurant beside. Nicholas is an amazing host and very accommodating. Nicholas has really made our stay great, we would definitely come back! Lots of friendly cats which is also a bonus..

Positive: The location is perfect, the beaches are 10mins by walking distance. The food at the family restorant is top class! The portions are huge!! When we arrived to our apartment we found water and sandwiches. Nicolas brought fresh water and ice tea on the next day. On one morning, we got to taste Cyprus coffee from their family restorant. Nicolas would check every day if our stay was ok.. He would explain and help us how to get around. Very nice pool in the garden. Beds with umbrellas. Lovely,spacious rooms. I am very pleased with our stay.
Summary: Couldn't ask for a better stay! Nicolas and his family were so friendly. Great location.

Positive: This is a great small apartment property! While the units are modest, mine was clean and fully stocked with kitchen dishes/pans/utensils. The location simply can’t be beat as it was a 5 minute walk to the seaside walking trail while the bus stop is a two minute walk away. The owner, Nicolas, takes great pride in his complex and is there to make sure that everything meets his clients expectations. There is also an onsite family restaurant.

Positive: Great location, 10 min walk from the beach, cosy place, equipped with fridge and cooking counter, great value for money, very friendly host that keeps on giving and a nice pool on site for a quick deep in the morning!
