Summary: This apartment was very easy to find, on the first floor, which made it super easy to get and out of, and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Location was super for walking wherever we wanted to go. And access to the subway was close enough to make even those sites farther away more accessible. Overall, an excellent stay, and we really appreciate this Location.

Summary: We had a college girls trip/reunion and the location, amenities, and space were just what we needed. Convenient for walking and to access subway. Construction outside is a little noisy, but we were up and moving in the morning anyway.

Summary: We had an amazing time in NYC during the week of Thanksgiving. The apartment was just as described. It was clean and the check-in/check out process was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: I would like to debunk a couple of the previous reviews for this place. First and foremost, IT WAS CLEAN and there were no bed bugs! This of course, was a concern of mine before heading out so I contacted the host. He was quick and detailed with his response and assurances. The apartment was clean upon our arrival so if there was an issue in the past it has been addressed and resolved. Secondly to address the noise complaints. It's New York, in Hells Kitchen, you can't expect it to be absolutely quite. One of the bedrooms is on the main street, so yeah, there is going to be noise. There is a box of ear plugs in the bathroom to help, so the host is doing what they can to help in that regard. The apartment is on the first floor and shares a wall with the main entrance to the building, so when some one entered or left the building you heard the doors close. Again, we are guests in a building where people are living their lives, you can't blame the host for that. The apartment is excellently located within walking distance to the subway, Central Park, and other New York sites. It is everything we needed for a successful trip. It's a great value for the price.

Summary: Top NYC Sights are close, but the Apartment is very dark and its impossible to get normal sleep in the 2nd bedroom, since the Traffic is horrific and you can even hear people talk on the street through thin walls.
