3 Bedroom House in Urbandale

This residential ranch includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. (The master bedroom has an en-suite bath with a double vanity, and a jacuzzi, walk-in shower, a king bed and a baby crib. The other two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located in front of the house. Each of them has a queen size bed.) The open-floor kitchen with breakfast bar, 1st floor laundry, dishwasher, washer and dryer on site, two car attached garage. We clean, sanitize and wash linens between guest. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. Coffee, cream, sodas are included. Water dispenser is inside of the fridge. Please help your self.

Summary: My husband & I (60) & our daughter (29) stayed two nights in this home. We found it to be clean, and well-stocked, and it had plenty of space for the three of us. We were attending events in Grimes, Dallas Center & Des Moines, so the location worked perfectly for our visit. We found the neighborhood to be peaceful and quiet.Thank you especially for the towels and tp! And we loved not having to do housework before checking out. This is a definite “stay again” property.

Summary: We were very pleased with the home. It was clean and kitchen and bathrooms had been updated. The home was very comfortable and well cared for. Only comments are we could not get remote in bedroom to work even after changing batteries and we couldn’t find a measuring cup for cooking. Otherwise it was great. Thank yoi

Summary: My son graduated from Iowa State University. Reserved this house for my family to stay while we were in town. The house was perfect for my family and in a great neighborhood. The hostess was wonderful to work with. If we are in the area again, I will reserve this house.
