Positive: Beds were very comfy, bedding was really nice, really clean and everything you need is there. The owners had left some nice personal touches and some beers in fridge which was a lovely surprise. Very helpful and friendly owners.

Positive: The accomodation had everything we needed. The arrival information was great, and Kerrie went above and beyond to check everything was ok for us! She also happily answered questions about good places nearby. And things to do! The welcome pack including bits for the dog is very thoughtful Such a great location as a base for exploring anything nearby, we spent the weekend on the South Downs. Great access to the lagoon&beach, which has a sauna pod you can book!

Positive: Rooms were adequate size with beds for everyone, nice and cosy. Plenty of options provided to make breakfast for the family. Easy location to find with street parking, the road is noisy but doesn't detract from the stay or the property. Nice to have space for everyone to relax and disappear but also good space in the living room and the kids loved the provided games!

Positive: The host Kerrie provided a breakfast pack for our 5 day stay (for 4 people), which was very welcome as we expected shops to be closed over Christmas day (in fact some were open). The apartment is excellent: well equipped, warm and comfortable. Right behind is Widewater lagoon and the beach, with a lot of wildfowl. Excellent host Kerrie: thank you.
Negative: Only the weather, which was dull and foggy during part of our stay.
