Summary: We stayed in this apartment in 2019, before the pandemic. We loved the quaint town of Chantemerle and the skiing in Serre Chevalier is varied enough to easily keep you interested for a week. The apartment is the perfect retreat for the end of the day.

Summary: The property is spacious and all bedrooms are en-suite which is a bonus. The property is clean and fairly well equipped. The lounge area is very comfortable. The only complaint is that there is no information inside the apartment relating to appliances etc and we struggled with the washing machine. Christoph however is very pleasant and helpful when he calls round. The location is good as the ski bus stop is only 20m from the front door and the buses are every 30 mins. The walk into town in the evening is easy and takes less than 10 mins. The walk back is quite steep but ok without ski equipment. A few more coffee mugs and larger drinking glasses would be good.

Summary: Extremely well-situated for hiking, cycling, and (in winter) skiing. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for three couples, and we loved the en suite bathroom in each room. The view from the open-plan living room upstairs was incredible. Communication with the property owner was excellent and the check in/check out process was simple and straight forward. Would highly recommend the property and plan to book again in the future.

Summary: The apartment is lovely, plenty of room for everyone, comfortable seating for everyone, well equipped kitchen and beautiful views. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and always on hand if we had any questions. Short walk into town down quite a steep bank but the ski bus stop was less than 100metres away. Would definitely recommend staying at this apartment.

Summary: The apartment had 3 bedrooms. Two had twin rooms and one a double bed. All with onsuite. The bedrooms are on the lower floor and the living area (also with a sofa bed) on the upper floor. All the bedrooms were of a good size and comfortable The apartment is large, clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay here and we hope to again in the future. Location is 5 minutes walk to the center. On two of the days we could snowboard down the road to town after heavy snowfall. The walk up is 10 minutes and you feel like you have done some exercise. Bus stop is right outside with regular buses to and from town. If you drive it can be done without snowchains if the road is clear. Most days we had to put on and off chains at the bottom of the hill as we had lots of snow that week. Kitchen was well equipped and the living space was really comfortable. Few things in the kitchen were broken but we told the owners so hopefully it gets fixed. No real cons but it would be nice if there was a welcome book to explain everything and an upgrade on the digital entertainment systems.

Summary: Really nice chalet, clean, modern, light and airy. Having the ski locker area downstairs is a real bonus. Each bedroom has an ensuite and the rooms themselves are very comfortable. There is a small public car park just a few metres away which is handy. The navette stop is also very close (just by the car park) so we took that down to the ski lift every day rather than the hire car. We had 2 young children with us (3 and 1 years old) and they loved the open plan space of the upstairs living/dining/kitchen area as it meant they could play. Would definitely recommend staying here! The only downside is that it is a little further away so no shops close by but that wasn't a huge problem because of the ease of the navette.
