Three beds - one double and two queens, and one fold out sofa that can sleep two (queen). Guests are required to provide bed linens and towels. There will be 3 bathrooms that have a shower. The cottage is located across the street about 85 steps from the beach. The Smith Beach community has multiple beach access points, one of which is across the road in front of this cozy cottage. Fully heated and air conditioned, large deck. Across the street, there is a beach deck on the beachfront for your use to view the bay and sunsets. Fully furnished, including a washer and dryer, and outfitted to just walk in and start your vacation. Just bring your favorite foods. Ample parking for friends and family. Bring your boat as there is a ramp to the Chesapeake bay about a half a mile from the cottage to the end of Smith Beach road. Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 11am on the day of departure. No Pets allowed.
