Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were heart broken to lose our reservation to Sun and Sea because it was sold and off the market but Bella was absolutely amazing. We kept saying, "It's not our style" but it was the nicest home we have ever rented and incredibly special!

Summary: This house is so special. For a Northeast city girl, this was the quintessential Southern home looking out right on the bay. Its beautiful wrap-around porches and outdoor seating areas hit the spot. And the sunsets....wow! It's very isolated and peaceful. My family and I enjoyed it immensely, getting to Cape Charles (a super cute town) was a bit of a drive but it was very nice to leave the compound! The house was clean, had an open floor plan and the kitchen was well stocked (all appliances and gadgets you will need for cooking). The upstairs bedrooms were stunning (the views with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the bay, were totally worth the stay). We enjoyed it and hope to stay there again.
