Positive: What an amazing property! Right in the heart of Dicletians Palace. From the warm welcome by Anté, his demeanor and welcome are us feel at home! He helped us carry our suitcases and was super super helpful in letting us know what to do, where to eat, what to explore in Split! It was his city! Thabk you! We also got an upgrade to a suite which we really appreciated! We were made to feel very special! The breakfast was nice and cozy made to order by the most amazing Cooks! Thank you so so much! We loved our stay here at Heritage Split!

Positive: The location was fabulous, being in Diocletian’s palace walls & this lovely historic part of the old town. The staff were all so friendly & helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was delicious and lovely to have a choice of different eggs and pancakes cooked to order each morning alongside the continental selection. The room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing with comfortable beds & a nice selection of toiletries. Loved the selection of teas, coffees, juices, liqueurs & food which were available to help yourself to in reception each day. Booked this hotel after seeing all of the previous positive reviews and it certainly lived up to its reputation. My 10 year old and I were made to feel very welcome and at home.

Positive: Very unique, stylish, comfortable hotel. The reception guy was very helpful, excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel.
Negative: They have no lifts but the reception guy always help us to pulling our luggage. So had no issues.

Negative: Breakfast was very good. But there was only the 2 of us and gave us enough food for 6 people. And the man who served us was stood over us telling us to eat more. We then felt rude leaving any food

Positive: The location couldn't be better in the middle of Diocletian Palace, and close to restaurants, the beach, etc. The room was fantastic, with truly amazing views, very comfortable bed, space, bathroom, and with all the things we needed. The team was beyond kind, helpful, and attentive. They really take time to make your stay (even if we stayed for only a bit more than a day) memorable and enjoyable. The included breakfast was also 10/10 with options for all tastes. We would love to come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Positive: Hospitability of the staff Is above and beyond. Especially Jan was incredibly attentive and his help really made our trip amazing experience because we visited places and ate at restaurants that we would not have found ourselves.
Negative: The only minor thing was noise from the restaurant next to the Hotel but it was disturbing only on Friday night when we went to bed early
