Positive: Quiet & relaxing atmosphere. Delicious food and a good selection at breakfast The gardens are wonderful with lots of different places to sit.

Negative: Sometimes the bar service was a little slow but I think this was because it was the end of the season

Positive: The location was amazing, close to the beach. The bus stop to fira is about 10 mins walk, there you'll get the bus. Too many restaurants. Hotel is quite and clean. The breakfast was ok, variety of food. Our first day wasn't good, we were given a wrong room, too tight and different from what we booked. But the next morning we were able to change the room and was mor comfortable.

Negative: The WiFi was a nightmare. It so slow, took half a day just to send one picture. We complained but was told they had a problem, they'll fix it. It was never fixed. we were there for 7 days.
