Summary: Had a wonderful time staying here, We chose this location for the boat dock, Close to boat ramp and channel deep enough to keep your boat in. Fishing was great. The house was just as advertised, Clean and accommodating. Town was all super friendly. Thank you for sharing your home.

Summary: I was pleased with how clean the house was as well as the supplies (laundry detergent, toiletries) as well as the amount of towels. Wendy the property manager was wonderful and was available in an instant. The kids were thrilled with the dock and spent most of each day fishing. The neighbor to the right of the house was so good with my 11 year old grandson I was blessed to have him. I would recommend this stay to everyone and I will definitely be back! 5 stars

Summary: We are a family of 3. We chose this house for its position and easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. We docked our 24’ boat on the floating dock for our stay. We were there for 3 nights. The boat ramp is 5 mins away, so perfectly located. Their was parking for the trailer and truck in the front yard. If you’ve never boated in this area before, stay in the channel as it’s super shallow in either side. The house itself was comfortable and very well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean and in great working order. Communication with the ground manager was great and our questions were answered immediately. We would definitely return to this house as enjoyed our stay very much.

Summary: Had a wonderful stay at Hernando Beach. The home was well stocked and very clean. Super quiet and the neighbors were so friendly. They gave us tips on the best local places to eat. Enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the dock. Had a great stay there!

Summary: Not real happy having to park in the mud the whole time. Could use pavers between steps and drive way, and could use a wall clock on the first floor.

Summary: The property was lovely. All areas were new and pristine clean. All amenities were taken care of and Debbie, our landlord was awesome!!! Debbie was attentive and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed! This was a great location on the canal and easy to go on walks and enjoy the area. We could not have asked for more!!!

Summary: Wonderful 2br/1.5 ba home on the waterway. A great deck to enjoy morning coffee and sunrise (and the birds); or evening drinks and sunset. Newly remodeled, and super cute! Quiet neighborhood, all the things you'd expect in a home you're renting. Looked like a number of great restaurants nearby too (we didn't get to them as we were seeing family, so this was our "home base"). We look forward to coming back!
