Our site is Quiet, very clean, and Private combined with a Luxury RV that sleeps 4. Beautiful inside and area for cooking out by the firepit, gas grill, picnic table and 21' awning.

Summary: This was a terrific find, 15 minutes from Hershey Park, and on a quiet corner of a lovely farm. Seth our host made us feel welcome, showed us the ropes, and made sure we had everything we needed. The RV was comfortable and could even be considered roomy (by RV standards!). The picnic table and chairs around the fire ring create another room if the walls get too close. Would highly recommend, and will likely come back the next time we plan a Hershey Park weekend!

Summary: We were planning a tent camping trip in western PA but weather wasn’t going to cooperate so at the last minute we changed our plans to a long weekend at Hershey Park. This satisfied our camping need and allowed us a trip to the park. The location was great! No traffic and 10 minutes to the park. Nice quiet location and the RV had everything you could need. Seth was great in accommodating us and made check-in so easy-would definitely stay again!

Summary: Seth was a very cool host. I have never stayed in an RV before so he made sure to go over all of the basics before leaving us on our own. RV was super clean and user friendly. The grill has seen better days but it worked like a champ! He left us firewood and kindling for the fire pit as well. As of our stay (July 2022), the “coachman” RV is actually an old RV that he just replaced with a new one! The new RV is even better with an actual 2nd bedroom instead of a sofa bed in a common living area and there’s a few steps up to the bathroom and master bedroom. My daughter loved having her own room to not hear my snoring! If the listing you see is a Coachman with two doors in the front, that’s the old one. Hopefully, new pictures will be posted soon. Quick 16-20min drive to Hershey as well. Overall, great stay. My daughter even asked to go back!

Summary: This was a great experience. The owner was there to greet us and show us around. He made sure we had everything we needed and answered all of my questions. The RV was actually upgraded from when I first booked the trip so it was more than I expected! Super clean and beautiful! About 12min from Hershey Park but in a wonderfully quiet area so we could just relax after our long days at the park. We loved our stay. I wish we had more time to be there.
