Positive: The location for skiing was wonderful the hotel is beautiful

Negative: The bed is uncomfortable the pillows are like pancakes very uncomfortable But most i was very upset about breakfast that I paid for. On booking.com it says till 10am we went at 9:25am everything was cleared and the man was rude to give us a coffee snd said we are closing Why paid till 10am when breakfast is till 9:30sm I feel it should have a refund on this Because we did not have a breakfast it was closed before we arrived that are posting on booking.com Please be aware breakfast is only till 9:30am but they have her on booking till 10am After skiing all day we were slow moving and had to check out without breakfast that was paid for and upset

Negative: Very 70s looking. Not restyling ever. WiFi wasn’t working! (In 2025!) You have to pay for everything: cot for baby. Spa also if you only want to use the pool… They tried to let me pay breakfast even if was included…

Positive: The location and the staff were amazing

Negative: I just missed something to heat water and some coffee saches , especially because I woke up everyday around 4 in the morning because of time difference. And also was cold. A small fridge as we had is good of course but hot water for coffe or tea in the winter is a must
