🏗 There is ongoing construction in front of the building which may cause daytime noise.
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Wednesday for about 20 minutes, any time after 10:00 a.m., to tend to them.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of your identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Guests will be provided access wristbands at check-in to wear during their stay. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas is available for rent.

Summary: We could not have been happier.. everything was well set up, communication was prompt. The location is perfect.. a 5 minute walk to the pier, all sorts of options for food, drinks and entertainment within a very short walk.. yet the building was quiet and just steps away from all the action. Highly recommend. The roof top pool area was also spectacular.

Summary: Peaceful Mountain View unit. Just slight buzz of the highway and neighborhood but mostly quiet throughout the day and night. The unit was very nice, and the sliding glass doors were almost always left open during our stay even throughout the night with the cool breeze. The balcony furniture was comfy and relaxing. The pool was not as lux as others in Romantica, but modern and understated.

Summary: Overall we had a great experience. This condo has high end finishes and is maintained well. The rooftop deck is one of the best in PV. The location to restaurants and shopping is perfect. Elevators are small and very slow but it motivated us to use the stairs. We would recommemd this property.

Summary: From the condo set-up to the location being less than 5 minutes walking to the beach and delicious food, we loved our stay here! If you can book this place please do and take advantage of the additional amenities that they offer. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Great location and fantastic home in center of the Romantica Zone. Very walkable and enjoyed going to breakfast every morning on foot. The pool view on the roof is bananas! Will be back

Summary: While only a block away from all restaurants and bars, the place is tucked away enough that it is still generally quiet and relaxing. Condo was clean and rooftop deck was awesome but the full service concierge was definitely the best feature of our stay!

Summary: tucked away at the top of a small hill, we found this peaceful gem. Had all the things we needed, even a pool on the roof and a gym. No hassle at the front, attentive staff. It is not in the middle of the action but there is a secret stairwell that goes into town, one block down.

Summary: It was seamless. Everything as advertised. The condo was even better than we had hoped for. Customer service exceptional, from picking us up at the airport, to arranging transportation to our second stay in San Pancho. Gerardo could not have been more helpful and responsive.
