3 Bedroom Villa in Crestatx, Sa Pobla

Rustic styled villa with private pool and garden in Crestatx, Majorca North, a 15 minutes' drive from the beach. There's space for 4 guests.
The one-storey has 110 m2, counts with 3 bedrooms and is ideal for families or friends. One of the bedrooms is fitted with a double bed; the others count with single beds. There are 2 bathrooms with bath tub. We are pleased to supply fans on request!
On the comfortable sofa in the living room you can read a good book, watch TV or just relax. There is satellite TV and air conditioning in the sitting room. The independent kitchen is well equipped: toaster, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, cooking utensils, fridge-freezer and much more. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You can park your car on the street in front of the house; it has no charge.
The exteriors are beautiful and the garden with its fountain is a real jewel! Have a barbecue with friends, swim in the pool or just bask in the sun. The porch has a size of approx. 18 m2 and it’s furnished with a wooden table and seats for 6 persons. The lawn area has about 200 m2; so your children have enough space to play. The private pool has a size of 12 meters x 4 meters. There are direct neighbours and the house is attached at the backside. But don’t worry! The villa and its installations are completely private. Nobody can look inside the plot because the garden is perfectly protected by bushes and trees.
The nearest village is called Sa Pobla, where you have supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, the train station and a medical centre.
The north of Majorca has lots of nice spots like the sand beach of Capellans in Can Picafort. The fine grained beach is perfect for toddlers because the swell is moderate. There is a good Paella restaurant and chill-out bar/restaurant in Capellans where you enjoy stunning views over the sea while having dinner. Visit also the quiet sand beach of Playa de Muro, Puerto de Pollença, Playa de Formentor or Son Serra de Marina.
You love to practise outdoor-sports? There are lots of nice hiking and cycling routes close to the house, like the springs Ses Fonts Ufanes, the mountains Sa Talaia and Puig de Sant Martí or the bay Coll Baix. Don’t miss the old towns of Alcúdia and Pollença with its cobbled streets and narrow alleys!

Summary: La casa estaba muy limpia y cuidada, la ubicación y la tranquilidad de la zona No había ningún tipo de producto de limpieza, ni tan siquiera un Estropajo con qué fregar los platos o una bayeta para limpiar la mesa. No hay toallas para los pies, no había prácticamente nada de instrumental de cocina... Son pequeños detalles que no cuestan nada pero que empeoran la casa.

Summary: Sehr schöner und großer Pool in einem wirklich schönen Garten, große schattige Außenterrasse. Das Haus an sich ist jedoch dreigeteilt - also drei Wohneinheiten in einem Gebäude - und man bekommt die Nachbarn schon mit. Küche ist ebenfalls gut, 2 Badezimmer jeweils mit Dusche. Die Ausstattung ist leider sehr wenig vorhanden, selbst Klopapier und Handseife muss selbst mitgebracht werden. Wenn man erst spät abends ankommt und nicht mehr einkaufen kann, hat man auch erst mal nichts da.

Summary: Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit huis. De buitenruimte is spectaculair met een grote tuin en fantastisch zwembad. De auto parkeer je gewoon voor de deur. De binnenruimte is ook goed, al waren wij wel blij dat wij van tevoren bij de andere recensies hadden gelezen dat de basics (zoals peper, zout, vuilniszakken, afwasspullen etc.) eerst zelf moet kopen. Wij hebben hier dus gelijk op in kunnen spelen. De ruimtes zijn schoon en hebben in principe alles wat je nodig hebt. Zij waren voor ons vergeten een kinderstoel neer te zitten, maar na een kort berichtje naar Homerti stond de stoel de volgende ochtend voor de deur. Heel fijn! De matrassen zijn wel erg hard, dus daar moet je rug wel tegen kunnen ;-). Prachtige stranden en mooie stadjes allemaal op rij-afstand vanaf het huis. Wij raden dit verblijf dan ook zeker aan!

Summary: Une maison de charme avec un jardin coquet et une belle piscine. Très bien situé sur l'Ile avec accès très rapide sur Alcudia et la presque ile de formentor. Liaison assez rapide 1/2 h sur Palma.

Summary: Die Bewertung von 10 Punkten sollte eigentlich alles aussagen: 1. unkomplizierter Check in/out 2. Top-Finca (Sauberkeit der Finca, des Pools und der Anlage an sich ) in schöner und ruhiger Lage am Fuße des Tramuntana Gebirges . Alles in Allem war es eine super schöne Woche in Crestatx. Gerne wieder!

Summary: Beste Kommunikation und Ansprecharkeit bei Rückfragen, vielen Dank. Haus sehr charmant, Garten und Pool toll. WLAN funktioniert bestens. Haustechnik/Küchentechnik etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kochausstattung knapp. Lage sehr gut.

Summary: Wir waren zu fünft mit Kleinkind in diesem Ferienhaus. Sowohl die Buchung als auch offene Fragen vor Ort wurden schnellstmöglich beantwortet. Auf Anfrage wurden Kinderstuhl und Kinderbett sofort bereitgestellt. Die Außenanlage und das Haus selbst sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren begeistert vom Pool und der riesigen Terrasse. Die Schlafzimmer und die Küche könnten etwas größer sein. Geschirr (Gläser + Besteck) war zu wenig für 5 Personen. Leider funktioniert nur eine von zwei Klimaanlagen. Dadurch war es nachts ziemlich heiß. Die Lage ist perfekt zur Entspannung. Sehr ruhig. Aber mit dem Auto kommt man schnell in größere Städte und zum Supermarkt. Wir können diese Finca absolut empfehlen. Wir alle sind tiefenentspannt aus dem Urlaub zurückgekommen.
