Positive: This is a beautiful cottage with everything you need. Spacious, modern and idyllic. The setting is mature and wooded with decking and picnic table for outdoor dining or drinks. Inside is fitted with all mod-cons, very nicely decorated, and it is the perfect haven for any traveller in this part of England. Would recommend it very highly.

Positive: Had a fabulous stay! The cottage had everything we needed and in a nice quite location, but within easy driving distance of Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa. Julian couldn't have done enough for us. There was a power cut due to extremely high winds and a tree coming down whilst we were there and Julian came to our rescue with camping lights and assisted us with lighting the wood burner in the cottage. All was sorted very quickly and due to the help we received didn't affect our stay at all. Thank you Julian for everything.

Positive: Lovely location, attractive property with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Good size bedrooms with nice en-suites in both. Well fitted kitchen with complete range on accessories and a nice comfortable lounge area with great TV. The property has plenty of windows giving it a bright airy feel. All in all I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a peaceful and very comfortable stay in an attractive setting.
