Positive: Very easy to obtain keys as Adrian who completes maintenance was available to hand these over. Good communication preceding and throughout the stay. The flat has lots of useful facilities which make stay easier. Urgent repairs were sorted out promptly.
Negative: The only area for improvement I would ask for is some dedicated workspace. My family and I used it as a home away from home, which unfortunately meant having urgent work-related admin to do.
Summary: Great comfortable in an exclusive part of Manchester!

Positive: Two bedrooms and two bathrooms provided space to relax between each visit of the surroundings. The zone is really quiet.
Negative: It is not pleasant to find those small hidden costs that where not present in the proposed price. The office management costs (about 38£) should be part of the proposal.

Positive: Location was perfect for us. Small sharred lawn, but big enough for kids to play. Lovely paths for walks near by.
Negative: Cost and fixtures and fittings while perfectly good, nothing broken, everything clean, were not of high standard expected by the price.
