Positive: Carlos’ home is immaculate. Everything is updated, clean, and comfortable. We came for a swim meet in downtown St. Pete, and we could be to the pool in 9 minutes which was really convenient. The home heated and cooled comfortably, and it was quiet and safe. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax in between competitions. We didn’t get a chance to use the lovely backyard, but my sons enjoyed the pool table in the garage. We will definitely be back!
Negative: It was nearly perfect! We could have used a few extra towels (there were six of us and exactly six towels), and the kitchen was beautiful but lacking any sort of baking equipment (mixing bowl, measuring cup, etc). That’s all I can think of!
Summary: Clean, spacious, and comfortable- we loved our stay!

Negative: -The white bathroom shower has extremely slow drainage -the surface under the shower door is not sloped enough which causes water to run out of the shower onto the floor -the tv bar does not turn off -Label your remote controls, can get confusing which goes to which electronics -Overall a great hotel home
