The first thing you will see is the water view! Don’t wait another minute before rushing out to the 30 foot west facing balcony only 20 ft. from the water and you will begin to appreciate why it is so hard to leave this place. You can choose to dine alfresco, recline in a lounger or sit in the high-tops for the best view of the incredible sunsets, dolphins, pelicans, and sailboats. Our balcony is so spacious that we have a High-top bar with four stools, a Bar height dining table with four chairs and a lounger with a side table.

Whether you choose to prepare a meal from scratch or just mix up some cocktails, you will find everything you need. The kitchen features full sized refrigerator with icemaker, Range with self-cleaning convection oven, Dishwasher. Lots of glasses, cups, plates and silverware. We offer crystal glasses and a variety of others for all of your favourite cocktails. We even have a fully stocked spice drawer.
Microwave, coffeemaker, toaster. The large open breakfast bar allows the “cook” to enjoy the guests in the living room and the water view. It is perfect for casual dining or for guests to join you while you mix them a drink.

Club Bahia is the newest and most sought after location on Isla. The exclusive Clubhouse facility just steps from the condo, includes a beautifully landscaped tropical pool and spa with Geothermal heating providing perfect water temperatures year round. This elegant pool/spa is surrounded by mature palm trees. There are good shady areas by the pool for those who are concerned about being in the sun.
Work out in the fitness room or relax in the hot tub. Take advantage of the shower and change facilities. Enjoy the Media room with large screen TV and library of movies and books. Isla Del Sol is a 340 acre island resort community with its lush landscaping, lakes and fountains, an 18 hole golf course and marina. There are walking paths, private beaches and a fishing pier. You are minutes from the charming historic town of Pass-A-Grille with its fishing pier and beachfront restaurants. Take a ten minute drive to Fort DeSoto Beach and park; famous for its pristine white sand beaches. Take a stroll, jog or cycle across the brand new Pinellas Bayway Bridge, which will take you to all the attractions at the gorgeous beach.
Disneyworld is only 90 minutes away and day trips are possible. Busch Gardens is 40 minutes from the condo. The Outlet Mall at Ellenton is only 30 minutes door to door. There are many great restaurants and bars in the area. Water sports enthusiasts will have no shortage of activities to choose from such as jet skiing, boat rentals, parasailing, snorkeling and much more.
