Summary: When reading this keep in mind owner lives only 1 block away. Issue with door access upon arrival. Owner said he'd be there in 15 minutes. An hour later I received a text saying he reloaded system. We did get in. Place was very clean and well appointed. Cigarette butts all over yard was gross. What blew it for us was constant ride by by owner from day 1, and making up excuses to come by property only out of desire to check on their property. One excuse was to check garbage cans. Owners need to trust that people will take care of their property. If they can't trust or feel they have to violate privacy to constantly check on property, they probably should not be in the business of renting. We even picked up sticks and pine cones during our stay. Not even a thank you. We will stay elsewhere next year as having privacy and being undisturbed during vacation is of up most importance to us. And the fact that he came to property to check garbage cans but couldn't come when we had issues checking in kind of sums up their customer service philosophy.

Summary: Exactly what we were looking for! Quiet neighborhood! Convenient area for Walmart and restaurants! Nice fenced in back yard for the dog! Clean. Would stay again!

Summary: This property has a large yard in a quiet neighborhood. House was stocked with all the necessities and a few added touches in case you forgot something. Property owner messaged to let us know we could show up early the day of check in because no one was there the night before. Small things to make you know they care about making your stay pleasant.
