The door code is provided only to the person who made the reservation. Please ensure that you share this information with the other members of your group, as we will not be able to provide it to anyone else.
For safety and to protect your reservation, only registered guests are allowed on the property.

This property has parking for 2 vehicles inside the garage and 4 additional vehicles on driveway.
Please do not block neighboring driveways or park on the street (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner's expense).

No mail or package deliveries are allowed during your stay. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.
🔊 Noise & Respect for Neighbors
No loud music or disruptive noise, especially outdoors or in common areas.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and other guests.
🚭 Smoking
No smoking of any kind or vaping inside the home. A cleaning/deodorization fee of $200 will be charged if this rule is violated.
Smoking is allowed only outside and away from doors and windows. Please do not throw cigarrete butts on ground/grass.
🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please treat the space with care and report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them quickly. Please note that any damages inside the house, as well as any broken or lost items, will result in additional charges to cover repairs or replacements.
Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning charge .
👥 Guest Count
The number of guests must match your reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed. If the number of guests is more than the ones registered, an additional fee of the maximun capacity of the house will be charged.
📹 Security Cameras
For safety and insurance reasons, we monitor the exterior of the property using security cameras.
For your privacy, there is absolutely no cameras inside the properties.
🔥 Parties & Events
No parties, events, large gatherings or nuisance are allowed. In violation of this, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $1,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.

No pets are allowed. Violation of this will incur in an additional fee of $250.

Summary: We stayed for a week, the house and property were as advertised. Very good house for families as it’s quite spacious. Very quiet little area too. Beds were all very comfortable and the fridge is huge. Kitchen was very clean, bathrooms were clean, the only thing was the floors and baseboards could have been a little cleaner as there was a decent amount of grit on them, nothing a quick sweep couldn’t fix though. The host was VERY communicative and VERY responsive to messages which was very helpful. We will definitely be booking here again when we comeback.

Summary: Lovely place but didn’t have enough normal provisions such as coffee and condiments. 3 cups and K cups for 6 people for two days. We immediately had make a grocery run. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. The sunsets were outstanding

Summary: Everything was good, very spacious, very nice. The only issue was there were 8 of us at the house. They only left 3 coffee cups. They didn't have very many dishes. And the house is allowed over 10 people to stay. They didn't have very many pots. And pans nor utensils for cooking. Thermostat was locked our first night there at 2 AM.And on a set temperature that the people set set
