Positive: The sound of the space water was very calming. The blue pool was beautiful.

Negative: Booking.com needs to be specific on the number of people confirmed for booking. When I booked I specifically selected a booking for 2 people. The room I confirmed and paid for was for 3 people. When I got to check in the receptionist insisted we have to pay for another person as only 1 person was on this booking. When we arrived the receptionist was not too friendly too. After we paid her attitude improved.

Positive: Looks like a five star hotel, the pools are fabulous, very clean all around.

Negative: No hot water in the shower, the food was bad. No shuttle to pammukale, have to get ripped off by cab drivers. Blasting music until 11pm, could be until 10pm. Walls are paper thin, you can hear people talked next door.
