Positive: Everyone was nice and very accommodating.

Negative: It was overpriced. The a/c kept shutting off so it was hot in the room. Windows open provided noise from outside throwing trash in the dumpster. The pictures on the website made it look like you were staying on the beach.

Negative: Since it is old, it is not sound proofed and therefore quite loud if there is someone in the hallway or a loud family in an adjoining room.

Positive: Breakfast and dinner were great. Service was great too. Staff was friendly. Location (short walk to great beach was wonderful).

Negative: Our room (#35) was so small it didn't have bureau for clothes. It had 4 hangers for all our clothing. No chairs. Only a bench which is where we put some clothing. We paid $800+ for three nights.

Summary: We suspect during summer this hotel offers more. Only porch was available Mon-Wed late Sept.
