The best for last is the view, home over looks winding Salmon Creek, sit on your deck and relax with the serene setting.

Summary: Very nice property in need of much TLC. When we arrived, cleaning service from previous renters had not arrived. We had to wash our own towels and sheets. Owner/Host was gracious enough to refund cleaning fee, but really not worth all the work we had to do after flying in on a red eye and waiting for check in for a cleaning service that never arrived. Quality of sheets less than satisfactory. No washcloths and very limited hand towels. Garage appeared as though it had not been swept in over a year (dead leaves, dead bugs, lots of them, on the windowsills), and no way to clean. Most other places we've stayed at have a broom, mop, etc. This place did not. Fortunately, Sister and Brother-in-law live nearby so we borrowed some of their supplies. There were screens for windows in a storage area in the basement, but none installed. Because of bugs in Rochester in the summer, had to run AC most of the time and unable to air the place out. Master bath shower was broken. Owner sent out repair person, but had to order parts, so we were down one shower with our 3 children ages 24, 20, and 15 - no bueno. Because the cleaning service was non-existent, had to add items like trash bags, paper towel, TP, dish detergent, and other basic items you would expect in a "high end" VRBO to the list. Towel racks in two of the bathrooms were broken off the wall. Master bath had a plethora of old medications and other items under the sink. Will not rent from this owner again - very disappointed.

Summary: This house was excellent for our family. Kids were able to play by the creek and the sizable house made it easy to relax. We would highly recommend!

Summary: This home gives ample space for a larger group. The character and setting of the home is laid back and calming. The kitchen is modern and well stocked. The owner is responsive. I would stay here again.

Summary: We came to town from the Midwest for a celebration of life for my niece. The location was great. Quiet yet close to everywhere we needed to go. Had a hot water issue and was addressed immediately. Needed to hit a reset button. Plenty of room for family to visit in the kitchen, downstairs, outside on patio or in the living room. Beds were comfortable. Would suggest larger bed in basement but we made it all work fine. Clean and accurate description of the property. Glad we had 2 full-size refrigerators we needed it with all the food. Spent a lot of time there to give my families dogs a rest and not be stepping over everyone. I would be cautious with a crawling baby. Had to use dog gate to keep away from steps. Beautiful backyard and a very peaceful neighborhood. Inside was clean other than a few spiderwebs. We have them too so wasn’t bothered. Thank You for the stay and for the last minute accommodation for additional time.

Summary: Beautiful home and Comfort for all. Bathrooms were awesome! Spider webs here and there and wasps on the deck. We had some smoke alarm issues but nothing we couldn't take care of to have a great time! Loved the creek behind the house and patios! Even had a BBQ! Kitchen fully loaded!
