Positive: Once of the best campsite and B&B's I've stayed in. Ginny was an exceptional host and generally a great person to be around. The farm is phenomenal - we cycled up the vast hills to get there, but it's well suited to hikers on the Cleveland Way and cyclers alike. Would 100% recommend and will return again! Positive: It was a lovely little getaway for us, the room was tidy, well stocked and super comfortable. The little shop was so useful to have at all hours and the team were so accommodating. We were travelling with a young baby who was a little tricky and the team there were so understanding and went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely return in the future!

Negative: Nothing, we really enjoyed it and cannot thank the team enough for all their help and support in creating a lovely stay.

Positive: The 16th century farm is beautifully and tastefully furnished while preserving its original features, and the rooms are very clean, comfortable and eco-friendly. The rooms are well-equipped for self-catering, and there is a great cafe.

Negative: The shop and bar could be stocked with a few more staple items. The farm is on the Cleveland Way and hikers may have difficulty bringing all the food they need.
