3 Bedroom House in Wellborn, College Station

This is another one of our elegant town home properties which provides housing for 6 adults. The master bedroom is quite large and has an en suite bathroom with garden tub and large walk in closet. Each of the other bedrooms has a private vanity/sink area and large walk in closet. Those bedrooms share only a tub/shower and toilet. The living, dining and kitchen are an open concept, great for small gatherings. The eat-in bar provides additional seating. We love these townhomes and now have 3 in our inventory. This one has a double car garage with opener which leads the lovely patio and back door of the unit for maximum security.
WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING RENTALS OF MORE THAN 30 DAYS.

Summary: The good: The master bed was comfy Location was perfect Garage and a yard Good price Will do long term rentals Plenty of space Nearby park Good storage Bad: Couch was super uncomfortable There are like 6 towels in the whole house - bring your own for bigger groups The rugs were very dirty so we picked them up an don't them back when we left The manager was mostly nice but tried to push us out early because she had someone coming in same day.

Summary: We had a very nice get away and change of scenery. Our original plans for going to College Station fell through but we went anyway and are very happy we did, it was good to get away. Except for TV issues and no DVD player, it was great! We will do this again.

Summary: The layout was excellent, with each bedroom feeling private even though everything was just off the living and dining areas. The house was very clean and pretty well equipped (could use more than 2 wine glasses, though). Lori was very professional and helpful. An excellent choice for our 3-generation gathering for graduation.
