This delightful, semi-detached cottage sits two miles from Stratford-upon-Avon, sleeping ten people in five bedrooms.
Highcroft is a charming, semi-detached cottage, one of two holiday properties set in the grounds of the owners' home, located two miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. With five bedrooms including two king-size doubles (one with an en-suite bathroom), plus two twins (one on the ground floor), and one single with pull-out stacker bed, this cottage can sleep ten people. There's also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen with dining and utility area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside is off road parking for four cars, plus a private, enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ and shared use of two acres of wildlife garden and a tennis court. Highcroft offers large groups of friends and families a character base from which to discover nearby, delightful Stratford-upon-Avon, along with the surrounding beautiful countryside of the Cotswolds.

Summary: The property was wonderful. Our whole family, from different states, met at the house for a week. The house was comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, and wonderful patio and gardens. We would definitely recommend the property for a family get together.

Summary: This is a perfect house for families, children and dogs to have a relaxing holiday. The tennis court and trampoline were both very popular!

Summary: The property was lovely and the garden was great. The trampoline was a hit with the children in our party. The only drawback was the traffic noise from the main road which was relentless, especially at the weekend with the roar of motorbikes.
