Positive: We went with my son and his fiancé and let them have the bedroom, and we took the sleeper sofa. The configuration of doors allowed us to basically split the unit in to 2 separate areas so both couples had a private area each. They provided a unit on the ground floor that was well stocked with beach items, chairs, umbrella, etc. There are lots of children's beach items. They also provided adult bikes. Great parking space. The communal pool was also very good. Overall cleanliness of the unit and communal areas was of a very high standard.
Negative: It would be better to have a drawer unit in the living room as if you are using the sleeper sofa there is nowhere to put your clothes. However, this didn't impact our stay greatly and would not stop me booking this property again.
Summary: Suitable for 2 couples. Would definitely book again.

Positive: Awesome place walk to beach and pier,very clean! Comfortable bed, a home away from home!
Negative: Did have some stairs but no big deal. Beach towels were soft but bath towels a little scratchy. A quick remedy because you have your own washer/ dryer on

Positive: it was close to everything but I didn’t get to enjoy the shops or restaurants because I was pretty much confined to the condo except for a couple of hours when my daughter came to help me get down the stairs .
Negative: the condo had stairs but no ramp or elevator. I am 75 years old and have problem walking. I was mostly confined to the condo for 4 days.

Positive: Very nice property. We would definitely stay here again. Great location, close to beach and main street!!! Complex was quiet and pool was amazing.
Negative: Ceiling fan could not be on unless the kitchen light was on.
