Summary: We are a group of college sorority sisters that choose a different city to explore every July. This house and location was perfect. Great spots to eat close by, easy proximity to downtown and distilleries, beautiful home and very relaxing pool. Summer, the owner, was easy to work with and even left us a little treat when we arrived.

Summary: We selected this house for it’s location to walkable restaurants and bars, but the house was the big winner. We were welcomed with a care package and flowers in every room. Spent most of our time outside on veranda overlooking the pool. Cooked breakfast every morning in the gourmet kitchen. Each guest had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was always available when we had questions and even offered several suggestions for restaurants that we visited. We most definitely will stay here again next year. I suggest taking the Highlands walking tour: food, history and architecture, it was great!

Summary: A group of us stayed at the property for a golf trip and loved the house. Plenty of room for us all to stretch out, an awesome backyard/deck, kitchen and sound systems. Location wise, just a few blocks over to a strip of restaurants and bars. Summer provided everything we needed, and more, checked in throughout the stay and we'd gladly recommend and go back!

Summary: Had a great weekend exploring the Kentucky Bourbon Trail with some long time buddies while enjoying this mature but impeccable property as our home base. Our host, Summer, was on top of her game, and a dream to interact with. The location is just a few minute drive to downtown but also very short walking distance to a fantastic and very hopping area of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Would recommend this property and a visit to Louisville to anyone!
