Summary: Clean with plenty of room. The location is hard to beat, just off of Bardstown Road with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We had 8 in our group and was easy to spread out and accommodate us all! Great place for large groups...

Summary: The house was very comfortable for my family. Large enough that we all had adequate privacy. It was close to restaurants and a grocery store. Children wanted to eat every meal at McDonalds which was across the street.

Summary: We were a group of 12 adults who all traveled to Louisville for Derby weekend. There were plenty of rooms/beds for each couple to have their own space and the location of the house can't be beat. Fantastic bars and restaurants (and a grocery store) within walking distance and a short drive to Churchill. We will definitely book this house again if we travel to Louisville with a large group. Highly recommend!
