Positive: Walking distance from white house, lots od restaurants around. Reasonable prices, very clean, polite personel at reception, free coffee served in the kitchen. Room is equipped with 3 million electrical sockets. I would def return here if i visit again.
Negative: Our 4 person room with private bathroom was slightly small, thankfully there are shared spaces/living room

Positive: I loved the concept of available toiletries, the place is squeaky clean, and close to a lot of amazing places to see and eat in. They gave me this small booklet with all the info you need about anything in the area which was super helpful. I’d like to think I’ve stayed in a lot of hostels in my time. Not many come close to the value High Road Washington DC provides.

Positive: Excellent value for money and close to downtown, nice area with lots of bars and restaurants around. Curtains provide some privacy for the beds and I was given a second blanket on my request! It has all you need, including free toiletries!
Negative: The shower pressure wasn’t great. My bed was by the window and I could sense some gust coming in (it’s an old building, so not great at isolation). Besides that, it was solid! Would recommend!
